About My Clients
I work with adults, whether individually, in couples, or in relationships with 3+ people. I have significant experience working with queer, trans, polyamorous, and gender expansive adults, including those who are transitioning, conceiving via IVF, or navigating blending families. I am attuned to dynamics of race, class, gender, ethnicity, and migration/status.
My Background and Approach
I work to co-create a space where a person can come to an honest acceptance and of themselves and their experiences, using a warm, interpersonal approach. Together, we can work to acknowledge previously unprocessed experiences, understand and change ingrained patterns, and create an environment where your innermost thoughts and feelings can be expressed without judgment. There's an alive, dynamic balance of acceptance and change in the therapeutic process and relationship. I work with you to create an experience where you feel both pushed and understood. I primarily work with adults, both in individual and couples therapy. I believe in a tailored approach to therapy, but I primarily work psychodynamically with an eye towards one's inner workings, early experiences, and daily life.
