About My Clients
I work best with adults navigating anxiety, panic, or intrusive thoughts who are ready to better understand themselves and feel more in control. My ideal clients are deep thinkers and high achievers who often feel stuck in their own minds—overanalyzing, second-guessing, or trying to manage it all alone. I help them slow down, build trust in themselves, and find a grounded sense of safety that lasts—so they can live with more freedom, clarity, and ease.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), specializing in anxiety, panic, and intrusive thoughts. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and exposure work to help clients break free from patterns of fear, avoidance, and overthinking. With years of experience working with adults facing intense internal struggles—whether it’s racing thoughts, chronic worry, or the constant urge to “figure it all out”—I understand how exhausting anxiety can be. My approach is both structured and compassionate. I’ll teach you how your brain works, why you feel the way you do, and how to retrain your nervous system so you can stop just coping and actually start living again. Together, we’ll build tools that help you feel at home in your body and mind again.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At my core, I just really believe in helping people feel seen, heard, and safe—no matter where they’re coming from or what they’re carrying. That belief is at the heart of our group practice. We’re committed to offering kind, thoughtful therapy to anyone who needs it, no matter their background, finances, or identity. We’ve worked hard to create a space that feels welcoming and respectful for everyone. I care a lot about access to mental health care, and I don’t think healing should be something only a few people can afford. That’s why we offer free therapy for real people.going through tough times. We don’t do it to check a box—we do it because it matters. Everyone deserves support, and we mean that.
