As a Marriage & Family Therapist, a Pepperdine University professor teaching Couples Counseling Therapy with over a decade of experience, I offer Individual Therapy & Couples Counseling (Marriage Counseling, Premarital Counseling, Dating Therapy, Relationship Therapy) in Glendale / via zoom in CA. I am a Couples Counseling professor at Pepperdine University, a Marriage & Family Therapist & I have helped foster relationships for 10yrs. I believe my passion for learning and teaching, coupled with my extensive experience in mental health, offers you a unique therapeutic experience. Over the past few years, I've worked with couples and families using a blend of techniques that have proven to enhance relationships. By helping my clients understand their emotions and develop coping strategies to regulate them, I empower them to regain control of their lives. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I like to think that becoming a therapist was not by chance. I know it could be difficult to seek help because I have been in your shoes before. I remember going to my first therapist when I was a distressed young adult in a toxic relationship with anxiety and depression symptoms. It took me time and much needed self healing before I came out feeling whole and full of purpose again. My therapist then helped me change my life for the better and I decided at that point that this path was the right path for me. I now hold a loving relationship of my own and have for the last 13 years. I want to help others who are in need, as I once was. I truly believe that if I could achieve a fulfilling healthy relationship, you can too.
