About My Clients
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stressed, finding it harder to experience joy in daily life, or navigating a major life transition, you’re not alone. These are very human experiences. During difficult seasons, we can sometimes respond in ways that don’t align with the person we want to be. Whether you’re facing recurring challenges, struggling to cope in healthy ways, or simply hoping to create more peace and balance in your life, counseling can help.
My Background and Approach
I work with adolescents, young adults, individuals and couples experiencing addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have experience working with eating disorders, sex and porn addiction and betrayed partners. Glory believes difficult seasons are part of being human and that no one should have to face them alone. She provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore what is weighing on them and begin working toward meaningful change. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s needs. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills. Glory is especially passionate about working with teens and supporting individuals in recovery from addiction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are resilient and capable of change when they feel supported, understood, and not judged. My goal as a counselor is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can be open about what you are going through and begin making sense of the challenges in your life. I encourage you to start working towards a better you. Now is the time to make the first steps to lasting healing and change. I am ready to help you on your journey. Change is possible and together we can make it happen.
