About My Clients
I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, burnout, depression, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, chronically stressed, or exhausted by the pressure to keep up with daily responsibilities while managing everything internally. Together, we focus on building insight, coping skills, and practical strategies that feel realistic and sustainable.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person rather than one-size-fits-all. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and executive functioning strategies. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming lens and especially enjoy helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, constantly behind, or frustrated that they know what they “should” do but struggle to follow through consistently. Together, we focus on building self-understanding, emotional regulation, coping skills, and systems that work for your brain and lifestyle. Clients often describe me as warm, supportive, direct, and down-to-earth, with a balance of validation, humor, and practical tools.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when people feel accepted, understood, and safe enough to be themselves without judgment. I value authenticity, humor, curiosity, and a practical approach to growth and change. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time in nature.
