My Background and Approach
I focus on building a relationship with you first and foremost - initial sessions are about creating meaningful connection, and I prioritize building rapport and trust. I show up as my authentic self - no robotic head nodding here! My goal is to create a virtual therapy space that feels safe and comforting where you leave each session feeling supported and understood. I work with individuals and couples using an integrative approach of evidence based modalities including ACT, Relational Therapy, Complicated Grief Therapy, and mindfulness based practices. Together we will create goals and steps to get there - while I may be the expert in this room, you are the expert in your life, and I will tailor your therapy to fit your specific needs and goals.
