My Background and Approach
My no-frills, holistic approach focuses on the tools and strengths that are already within you. Therapy with me is straightforward and guided by your needs. Together, we'll untangle life's knots, rebuild connections, alleviate tension, and carve a path forward. I offer a reflective mirror, giving you valuable perspectives, and cheering your accomplishments. I celebrate diversity in all its forms and provide affirming therapy for Multicultural, Ethical Non-Monogamous (ENM), Polyamorous, LGBTQIA2+, Kink, and Neurodivergent (e.g., ADHD) couples and individuals. My systemic perspective incorporates intersectional, liberatory, and decolonial frameworks. I understand that our stories are not shaped in isolation; they are woven into the fabric of the social, cultural, and economic context you navigate daily. I am also a trained mindfulness and psychedelic assisted therapy provider and can guide you through expanded states of consciousness, and integration of extraordinary experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Over the last fifteen years, I’ve coached entrepreneurs in fifteen countries, made equity partner in a global management consulting firm, and served as Program Director of the World House Project at Stanford University. I have navigated life as a woman, mother, spouse, and first gen immigrant, and dealt first-hand with the complexities of multicultural/multiracial relationships, alternative lifestyles, and the impacts of neurodivergence. In essence, I've walked the walk. My life stands as a testament to human interconnectedness, echoing the sentiments of Martin Luther King Jr., who eloquently stated "We have inherited a big house, a great 'world house' in which we have to live together [...] a family unduly separated in ideas, culture, and interests who, because we can never again live without each other, must learn, somehow, in this one big world, to live with each other." This sentiment resonates deeply with me, as I believe the key to thriving lies in truly embracing one another.
