My Background and Approach
As a trauma and relationship specialist, I utilize a blend of “bottom-up” methods like Somatic Experiencing, which address the body’s responses to stress, and “top-down” approaches such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which help reshape narratives, create new meaning, and build insight. Together, we’ll deepen your connection with your body, foster grounding and safety, and explore how past experiences influence your present. By uncovering relational patterns and embracing different parts of yourself, we’ll cultivate self-compassion and authentic connections with others.
