My approach to working with individuals or couples is to work with you at your own pace. I will allow for you to learn strategies and practice them in your life in a way that empowers you. The path to getting to a place you strive for may be difficult, but I hope to have the opportunity to help you reach a destination of peace, comfort, and strength.

Sessions will provide you with the space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. In feeling safe and comfortable, you will be able to figure things out about yourself and explore the direction you want to take in your life.
