My ideal clients are individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or major life stressors and want practical support to regain balance and clarity. Many are high-functioning professionals, students, or adults who appear successful outwardly but are quietly struggling with stress, emotional exhaustion, sleep difficulties, or challenges with focus and motivation. Some clients come feeling stuck or discouraged.
