About My Clients
I provide trauma-informed, identity-affirming therapy to adults who are struggling with issues related to sex/intimacy, anxiety, depression, body image, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I believe that you are the expert on your life and that my role is to support you in moving toward a better sense of self. I work well with chronic worriers, perfectionists, and the highly sensitive. I am especially passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and trauma survivors.
My Background and Approach
My approach is both direct and gentle; my values of authenticity, compassion, and humor also show through in each session. I specialize in sex therapy, utilizing a kink-affirming approach. I play an active role in therapy by offering feedback and direction to help you move towards the changes you want in your life.
