About My Clients

I specialize in providing collaborative treatment and support for adolescents (12-17), young adults (18-25), adults (25+) and parents. I have experience working with most family types to help improve parent-child relationships. I also provide individual support to collaboratively address symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions and stressors, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and self-esteem.

My Background and Approach

I am a trauma trained and adoption-informed clinician who provides evidence-based treatments to address trauma symptoms and oppositional behaviors in adolescents. I use cognitive behavioral therapy as my foundation to help connect thoughts, feelings and behaviors. As a therapist it is my honor to hold space for you as you confront habits and ideas that may no longer serve you as you continue your healing journey. We understand that healing is not a one stop destination but is an ongoing exploration. Therefore, at ITH PLLC we want to help identify as many helpful skills and resources to not only empower you but to help enhance your present life.
