About My Clients
I invite those who are ready to explore their inner world and approach therapy as a collaborative process. Many of the people I work with are navigating big life transitions, untangling old patterns, or learning to live more authentically — whether that’s in relationships, work, identity, or self-understanding. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients, creatives, deep thinkers, and those who may not have felt fully seen in other spaces.
My Background and Approach
My approach is interactive, intuitive, and collaborative. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Play Therapy, and other trauma-informed, attachment-based methods, and I adapt them to fit who my clients are and what is needed in the moment. I listen deeply and follow my clients' lead while trusting my training, intuition, and neurodistinct ways of thinking. This process allows me to ask nuanced questions, offer unique reflections, and tactfully challenge my clients as we walk together on their therapeutic journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I see therapy as a two-way conversation where my clients and I can curiously explore, reflect, and heal together. I will always endeavor to create a warm, safe, collaborative space where all parts of you are welcome. I bring with me personal and professional experience and expertise in areas such as trauma/CPTSD, adult children of emotionally immature/addicted parents, parentalized oldest daughters, divorce/remarriage, intergenerational trauma, neurodivergence, queer, ethical non-monogamy, kink, and attachment-trauma. You can trust I will always be a Human in the therapy room with you; I am well known for respectfully and collaboratively sharing my perspectives and parts of my lived experiences with my clients.
