About My Clients
Do you find yourself feeling confused about your emotions? You may notice you are easily triggered by certain things and are unsure how to get relief. This can be overwhelming and exhausting, and no one should have to feel stuck. I work with adults in an individual or couples setting. No matter what brings you to seek therapy, I look forward to working with you!
My Background and Approach
At the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor I recieved a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2019 and I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. I have completed the Level 1 and Level 2 Training in Gottman Methods Couples Therapy. I am supervised by Angela Bulls, MA, LPC-S.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that unaddressed feelings can sometimes link to relational struggles and emotional regulation. My passion lies in exploring and processing these emotions to help individuals, couples, and families overcome them. Additionally, learning how to understand and appropriately respond to our emotions can be a foundation for living a more fulfilling life. Together we can establish healthy coping skills, increase self-esteem, and reduce distress. I know that everyone is worthy of growing from any situation and I prioritize creating a judgement free environment for you to work on your goals.
