About My Clients
Most of my clients identify as a person from a community of color or global majority. Usually between the ages of 18 to 50 years that may have experienced some trauma and are finding it difficult to move through it.
My Background and Approach
I am EMDR certified and practice Strength Based Trauma informed Care. My approach is developing a working relationship with clients that they may feel supported and heard in session. Additionally, with trust being built so that we can challenged and break patterns that have caused harm in life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I advocate for social justice and accessibility of resources for all. Perfection does not exist, instead we need to be giving value to our differences and learning from each other. I believe openness, safety, and communication (vocalizing and listening) are key.
