About My Clients
I believe that psychotherapy can lead to self-awareness, healing, and growth, and I hope to empower my clients and guide them in finding more peace, harmony, and balance. I strive to form a trusting and collaborative relationship with my clients and I utilize a humanistic, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach to help clients reach their goals, while also using CBT and positive psychology to help clients navigate their lives.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship, and interpersonal issues, as well as providing life coaching motivational therapy. I also often incorporate meditation into my client sessions if the client may benefit and has an interest in exploring.
