About My Clients
I welcome men and women from teen (12) to adult, also First Responders since I am part of this community. I see many people with anxious, life disrupting concerns and those that just want to have a fresh start but not sure how to do that. Those people suffering from PTSD or other trauma related issues, as well as those in crisis. Feel free to call me, I'll be with you every step!
My Background and Approach
I use trauma related therapies such as EMDR and Brainspotting (brainspotting.com). I have a client led, solution focused approach. You can feel comfortable saying or not saying what you like. I use Mindful Meditation as well and give you tools to use in between sessions I believe in a direct approach while still meeting you where you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I attend workshops and trainings to keep myself informed of latest mental health information. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and I work part time for a mental health crisis line. I also keep my EMS license active and occasionally work First Aide all in order to stay informed for my clients.
