About My Clients
You learned how to read the room before you learned how to read yourself. Now you’re exhausted. Old patterns from complicated relationships may still show up in friendships, romance, work, and the way you relate to yourself. You want to trust your instincts, reconnect with yourself, and stop carrying grief that’s difficult to name. Life has changed you. Now, you want to learn how to soften after a life that has tried relentlessly to harden you.
My Background and Approach
In therapy, we’ll explore your story with curiosity, compassion, and care. Together, we’ll identify patterns, honor the survival strategies that helped you get here, and create space for new ways of relating to yourself and others. We’ll work toward greater self-compassion, emotional clarity, meaningful connection, and deeper trust in your own inner wisdom. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in authentic human connection. Safety, honesty, compassion, and trust guide our work. You are the expert on your experiences; my role is to help you understand them. Therapy isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about making space for who you are now.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an abolitionist. I grew up Catholic but don't subscribe to any religion now. I believe in community and anti-colonial liberation for all. I am always happy to discuss this further in a consultation.
