My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping women throughout the reproductive life cycle including pregnancy and postpartum, and beyond. I also enjoy working with women in helping and healing professions, such as educators, health professionals, and parents. I am holistically focused, trauma-informed, and use somatic practices such as Brainspotting in my practice. I strive to hold space for you with presence and compassion.
