About My Clients
I work mostly with older adolescents and young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, family/relationship issues, life transitions and more. I recognize that there can be anxiety that comes with change, whether it be transitioning from high school to college or the workforce, adjusting to changes in living arrangements, changes in relationships, and more. These issues can negatively impact your well-being but together we can achieve an improved outlook, reduced stress and achieve balance.
My Background and Approach
With over 20 years of experience, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to assist individuals based on their needs and personal goals. I work with clients to help them understand and heal from their past in order to move forward in their lives, as well as focus on issues at hand to help them discover alternative ways of coping. Within a supportive environment, I can assist clients in making connections leading to improved outlook.
