I’ve had the privilege of working with people navigating various stages of life to improve their overall mental health. Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better outcomes. Thriving instead of just surviving. I am a strong believer in meeting those I serve where they are. Whether you are experiencing loss, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, a life transition, parent-child challenges, family conflict, stress or need a sounding board, etc.
My Background and Approach
I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Humanistic, Narrative therapy, stress management, family therapy, couples therapy, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment techniques, and work/life balance interventions. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York well as a Certified Wellness Counselor and a Board Certified Telehealth Professional. I also have a Certificate in Gerontology. I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have helped adults, children, couples, teens, older adults, and families navigating difficult situations, improve relationships, and thrive.
