About My Clients
Ever feel like you’re carrying more than you realize, showing up strong while feeling off inside? Maybe stress, trauma, or life’s challenges leave you anxious, burnt out, or disconnected. I work with first responders, survivors, and anyone noticing this heaviness. In our sessions, we’ll notice what’s happening in your body and mind, and explore ways to feel steadier, more grounded, and more in touch with yourself.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed professional counselor with experience supporting first responders, trauma survivors, and anyone navigating stress, burnout, or life transitions. My approach is collaborative, tailored and blends trauma-informed therapy with tools from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, helping clients feel more grounded and connected to themselves. I also bring experience facilitating peer support and advanced peer support for law enforcement, giving me insight into high-stress professions and the unique challenges of showing up strong for others. Clients often find that working together helps them manage anxiety, release tension, and build clarity, confidence, and resilience in daily life. With a background in supporting clients in both intensive outpatient and crisis settings, my goal is to bring a grounded and empathetic presence to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.
