About My Clients
The women I work with are often strong, capable, and deeply caring, yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are navigating relationship stress, past trauma, major life transitions, or the pressure of holding everything together for others while neglecting themselves. I work best with women who want more than surface-level coping skills and are open to gaining deeper insight, emotional healing, and meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience supporting women through anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and grounded in psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed case, CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, allowing treatment to be tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe lasting change comes from understanding both the emotional roots of distress and learning practical tools to manage day-to-day challenges. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced with care. I place strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they work toward healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, emotionally safe, and supported in all parts of who we are. I value compassion, honesty, personal responsibility, and growth. For clients who desire it, I offer the option to integrate faith and spirituality into therapy in a respectful and client-led way. Faith-based integration is never required and is always guided by each client’s comfort and beliefs.
