I offer somatic and trauma-informed therapy because trauma and healing don’t just live in the mind—they live in the body.

About My Clients

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you're not alone. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore what’s weighing on you and help you reconnect with yourself. I work with adults online and in person, and also meet with teens, couples, and families in person. My clients are often navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or questions of identity and belonging. Together, we slow down, listen to the body, and make space for healing.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with a background in trauma-informed care, adoption-competent support, and racial identity work. I’m currently completing Somatic Experiencing® training, a body-based approach that helps clients gently process trauma and regulate their nervous systems. My work is grounded in cultural humility, curiosity, and connection—centered on the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, safe, and supported. Whether we’re working with anxiety, trauma, identity, or relationship challenges, I integrate mind and body to help you move toward greater wholeness and self-trust.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing begins in spaces where you feel truly seen, safe, and honored for who you are. Everyone deserves a sense of belonging, safety, and wholeness. Therapy can be a powerful step toward reclaiming a sense of safety, connecting with your authentic self, and restoring wholeness. I am currently in training as a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP). This body-based approach supports nervous system regulation, healing from trauma, and deeper mind-body awareness. I'm integrating SE principles into my work as I progress through the multi-year certification process. I live with my partner, our children, and two dogs, Gucci and Louie, who remind me daily of the beauty in rhythm, rest, and joy. "To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself." — Thich Nhat Hanh
