My Background and Approach
I like to use a variety of approaches, customizing for each person I meet. I have training in several modalities ranging from cognitive-based through body-based. These include: CBT, ACT, Emotional Freedom Technique, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Brainspotting. No matter the technique, my therapy is based on the solid foundation of an honest, safe, non-judgmental, authentic therapeutic relationship.
