About My Clients
I have a special interest in working with individuals and couples struggling with anger, anxiety, and relationship issues, adults with low self-esteem/self-worth, and persons living with chronic pain and health conditions.
My Background and Approach
I have been licensed as an LMFT since 2014, and have been providing MFT supervision since 2018. I take a direct approach with those I work with. I do not "sneak" therapy onto my clients. The most important part of our work is the relationship we build in the therapy office. I pull couples techniques from Gottman and Real, and I collaborate with my clients to set clear, measurable goals during our time together.
