About My Clients
I work with individuals (14+), couples, and non-monogamous relationships, who are navigating life’s transitions, communication challenges, and personal or relational stress. My clients may be experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship conflict and are looking to break patterns that no longer serve them. I provide an open, supportive space for individuals and partners to improve communication, clarify boundaries, and strengthen connections.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, including those navigating high-conflict relationships, life transitions, and members of the kink and polyamorous communities. My professional background includes work in family-based therapy and group private practice before opening my own practice. I operate from an eclectic therapeutic perspective, primarily drawing from symbolic experiential and narrative frameworks. This approach allows me to bring my authentic self into the therapeutic space while helping clients explore their stories, deepen insight, and create meaningful change and healing in their lives and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
believe that living authentically and communicating openly are at the heart of meaningful connection. When we are able to show up as our true selves and share honestly with others, we create the safety and community that allow people to feel seen, valued, and supported. At our core, we all have a need to belong, and it is through connection with others that healing often begins. By fostering spaces where authenticity, understanding, and openness are encouraged, individuals and relationships can grow stronger and more resilient.
