I work best with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship stress, grief, emotional dysregulation, and impulsive urges or compulsive patterns. My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship stress, grief, emotional dysregulation, and impulsive urges or compulsive patterns. My work is especially helpful for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, self-critical, or tired of repeating the same cycles. My approach is not traditional talk therapy where you simply revisit the problem week after week. Therapy with me is active, structured, and focused on real change you can see and feel. We identify patterns, understand triggers, build emotional regulation skills, strengthen boundaries, improve self-worth, and create practical steps you can use between sessions. I provide a compassionate and supportive space, but I am also direct, engaged, and change-focused. Together, we work toward greater clarity, confidence, accountability, healing, and meaningful progress in your daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should help you create real change, not just talk about change. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, ashamed, disconnected, or exhausted from repeating the same patterns. I believe those patterns can shift when therapy includes honesty, structure, insight, accountability, and practical tools you can actually use in your life. I also believe clients deserve a therapist who is compassionate, direct, engaged, and invested in their growth. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, self-aware, emotionally regulated, and confident in your ability to move forward.
