About My Clients
My clients are people who want to work on self regulation, empowerment and embodiment of their truths. People who want to take ownership of their mental health. I specialize in forgiveness work and recovery from betrayal trauma.
My Background and Approach
I use EMDR and Restoration Therapy to help my clients self regulate and identify their truths. I graduated from The Ohio State University with both my Bachelors and Masters degree. I am trained formally under Terry Hargrave using RT and EMDR consulting.
