I encourage and guide my clients to get clear on their goals, identify thoughts/behaviors that are holding them back, and cultivate their strengths. We’ll figure out what’s working well and what’s not working, and I'll give you tough love when necessary. I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I use a holistic approach to mental health treatment and utilize different therapeutic techniques to ensure that we effectively address your challenges/concerns.

I use mainly evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I'm here not as a superior, but as a teammate who can offer valuable feedback and help you gain momentum in a positive direction.
