About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful, resilient individuals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or a desire for personal growth. They’re ready to explore their inner world and open to deep, collaborative work. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can gain clarity, build self-trust, and move toward lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with experience supporting clients since 2016. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients better understand their internal world, shift unhelpful patterns, and connect with their strengths. I believe healing happens when all parts of you feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, I aim to create a safe, affirming space where growth and change are possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand the importance of being seen, affirmed, and supported in all parts of your identity. I believe that healing happens in safe, inclusive spaces where people can show up as their full selves. My values are rooted in compassion, authenticity, and social justice. I support Black Lives Matter, LGBTQIA+ rights, and mental health equity for all communities. I’m committed to anti-oppressive, affirming care and to helping clients navigate both personal healing and the broader systems that impact their lives. Outside the therapy room, I support community-based mental health efforts and believe in building a world where everyone feels they belong.
