About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration. My ideal clients are open to self-discovery and want tools to feel grounded, empowered, and connected. I incorporate somatic, trauma-informed, and culturally aware approaches, supporting clients in reclaiming their sense of agency and navigating life challenges with insight, compassion, and practical strategies.
My Background and Approach
I am a Professional Clinical Counseling Trainee (APCC #20206) supervised by Chioko Juliette Grevious, MA, LMFT. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saybrook University and have experience supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I integrate somatic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approaches, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and sense of agency. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I deeply value cultural awareness, inclusivity, and social justice, and I strive to create a therapy space where all identities are honored. As a Filipino therapist, I bring sensitivity to cross-cultural experiences, intergenerational dynamics, and the impact of systemic inequities. I am passionate about supporting clients in reclaiming their agency and finding healing from trauma, anxiety, or life transitions. I also believe in the power of community, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to foster resilience and connection.
