I love to work with individuals and couples that want to dig deep and discovery themselves with love and grace. In therapy, you learn through discovery and you practice what you learned outside of therapy. I offer honesty and help by co-regulating with you during sessions. I offer EMDR which helps individuals that suffer from trauma.

I work with individuals and partners who suffer from sex addiction. In addition, I am trained in EMDR, which is for individuals who suffer from trauma.

I believe in honesty, safety and autonomy. These are the main values that drive me during session. Our beliefs Drive our behaviors. In therapy, we will discover your beliefs that explain your behavior. My passion is helping people to heal their brain and our nervous system through EMDR.
