About My Clients
I help young adults in New York and New Jersey with anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic, phobias, and high-functioning anxiety, as well as OCD. Many feel tense, restless, or stuck in overthinking, with racing thoughts, worry about the future, and difficulty focusing. I help clients develop strategies to manage anxious thoughts, cope with pressure, and feel more in control day to day.
My Background and Approach
At Mindful Mental Health Counseling, I provide a collaborative, supportive space where young adults can explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, I help clients develop practical strategies to manage anxious thoughts, cope with uncertainty, set boundaries, and navigate work, school, relationships, and life transitions. Together, we focus on building resilience, reducing mental and physical tension, and creating skills that make daily life feel more manageable. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, capable, and able to engage fully in life while easing the constant pull of worry and overthinking.
