About My Clients
At Mindful Mental Health Counseling, I work with adolescents and young adults in their 20s/30s in New York and New Jersey experiencing anxiety, OCD, and related concerns. Using CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, I guide clients in managing anxious thoughts, coping with uncertainty, and reducing the physical and mental impact of anxiety.
My Background and Approach
At Mindful Mental Health Counseling, I provide a collaborative, supportive space where young adults can explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, I help clients develop practical strategies to manage anxious thoughts, cope with uncertainty, set boundaries, and navigate work, school, relationships, and life transitions. Together, we focus on building resilience, reducing mental and physical tension, and creating skills that make daily life feel more manageable. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, capable, and able to engage fully in life while easing the constant pull of worry and overthinking.
