About My Clients
Together, we can navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety conditions, relationship concerns, eating disturbances, life transitions, grief, and trauma. I am especially passionate about helping families identify unhelpful interactional patterns and work to create lasting change within their lives. I also work with LGBTQ+ individuals and the unique experiences and issues that affect members of the community.
My Background and Approach
As an integrative therapist, I blend several therapeutic approaches to tailor my work to each individual. I primarily draw from cognitive-behavioral approaches, particularly acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and rational-emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), person-centered therapy, existential therapy, and family systems therapy. This allows me to provide a flexible, client-centered approach that helps individuals explore and shift patterns of thinking and behavior while also considering the role of family dynamics and life’s deeper existential questions.
