About My Clients
My ideal clients are adults or couples who are self-aware, reflective, and ready for intentional inner work. They may be navigating impostor phenomenon, low self-worth, burnout, racial trauma, grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges. They want clarity, insight, and understanding of themselves and their patterns. Their goal is to feel truly seen, develop resilience, and cultivate meaningful connections with themselves and others, while engaging in growth-oriented, soul-centered work.
My Background and Approach
I received my MSW from Hunter College and my PhD in Social Work from New York University. I provide a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based space where therapy is about insight, growth, and healing, not “fixing.” I use modalities such as CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic and Insight-Oriented Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and EFT for Couples. Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, and experiences in a reflective, soul-centered way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is heart- and soul-centered, strengths-based, and socially conscious. I practice from a liberation-oriented and culturally-affirming lens, recognizing how our identities, lived experiences, and the social systems we are embedded in shape our mental health and sense of self. Therapy and healing is approached collaboratively with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your dignity and agency.
