My Background and Approach
I work in an eclectic way, combining psychodynamic theory with behavioral therapies. I help you look into your past, explore and discover patterns. We will also look at current life issues and work together to find healthier coping skills and behaviors. By understanding your feelings and thought patterns, you will be able to make informed decisions in your life and act in ways that are serving you, not hurting you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My office is an open door to anyone who wants to benefit from psychotherapy. I am an all inclusive therapist of gender, race, sexual orientation, lifestyle choices, religious beliefs. As an immigrant from Europe, I have experience with multi cultural issues, integration in society, fighting stereotypes. I bring a caring and non judgmental attitude in my work and I strive to create an open and safe space for self exploration.
