About My Clients
You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—whether from past trauma, mood struggles, or life changes. I help clients make sense of their experiences, build healthier coping skills, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life in a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia College & State University and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I’ve spent the past 12 years working in behavioral and human services and began practicing counseling in 2022. My experience has primarily been with individuals who have survived trauma and abuse, along with those navigating a range of mental health challenges. I take a person-centered, eclectic approach, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices to support each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood while working toward healing and meaningful change.
