About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful, self-aware and looking for something deeper. Many come to me feeling “stuck” in familiar patterns, wanting to move beyond coping and into real transformation. They may be navigating identity shifts, relationship changes, grief, or a sense of disconnect from themselves. I often work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, creatives, and those exploring how identity, self-expression, and relationships intersect.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist in Texas and Colorado with a PhD in MFT. My work blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, and a relational, person-centered approach. I see therapy as a collaborative process, you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to help you connect the dots, shift old patterns, and create new possibilities. Before becoming a therapist, I owned gyms, so I value the mind–body connection. My research explores relational fashion psychology, how clothing and self-expression connect to identity and relationships. My style is warm, direct, and often infused with humor. In our sessions, all parts of you are welcome, even the ones you’ve kept in the back of the closet!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where every part of you is welcome , even the ones you’ve been told to hide. I see people as complex, resilient, and capable of change, and I value curiosity over judgment. I believe our stories, identities, and relationships are deeply connected, and healing often happens when we can explore them together with honesty, compassion, and humor. I’m committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for all, especially those navigating identity, self-expression, and belonging.
