About My Clients

If you are feeling stuck, psychotherapy can help interrupt the cycle: through it, we become better social creatures and access our unconscious. I work with adults and older teens in Atlanta navigating mental health concerns, identity, and disconnection. Together, we build a more grounded way forward.

My Background and Approach

We usually begin with a cognitive-behavioral approach, providing you with tools for alleviating anxiety, mood disorders, and/or addiction. In the presence of trauma, I favor an evidence-based practice called Internal Family Systems. At an intermediate or advanced stage, we make sense of deeper patterns via psychoanalysis.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a queer, Lebanese-American therapist, I offer an affirming and culturally responsive space. My style is direct, thoughtful, and collaborative. You don’t have to filter who you are here—we’ll work together to make sense of your experience and help you move forward with more clarity and stability.
