About My Clients
People come when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious or disconnected from themselves and others. They may be wanting more intimacy in relationships, clearer boundaries, less self-doubt, or a life that feels more meaningful and grounded. They want relief from patterns that keep repeating, more trust in their own desires, and a steadier sense of self. Together we slow down, notice what matters most, and work toward change that feels real and lasting.
My Background and Approach
I trained at the California Institute of Integral Studies and work with individuals, couples, and groups to help people relate to themselves and others with more honesty, confidence, and presence. I combine deep listening with thoughtful reflection so you can sense your inner world and begin to notice the patterns shaping your life. I help people slow down enough to recognize what feels alive and what feels weary, and then practice new ways of choosing and relating that fit who they truly are in this moment. My style is warm, direct, and attentive, rooted in real human connection rather than abstract techniques. I often blend individual work with group experiences so you can explore privately and then practice new ways of being in the context of real time relationships. This helps change feel alive in your body, your daily routines, and your closest connections.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is about making sense of your experience rather than fixing you. People arrive in therapy having adapted in ways that once helped them survive, belong, or be loved, even if those ways now feel limiting or painful. I see anxiety, longing, and confusion as meaningful signals rather than problems to eliminate. Healing grows through real human connection where honesty, curiosity, and care can exist together. I believe people already carry the capacity for change and insight, and therapy helps create the conditions for those capacities to emerge. My hope is to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome, including the unsure and vulnerable ones, so you can make choices that feel more aligned with your values, your relationships, and the life you want to live.
