About My Clients
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, anger, relationship challenges, and difficult emotions. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I also welcome clients exploring how culture, identity, immigration, and family experiences shape their lives. You do not need to have everything figured out. Together, we can create space to understand what you are feeling and identify what you need to move forward.
My Background and Approach
I am a Master of Social Work graduate student at NYU’s Silver School of Social Work, providing therapy under licensed clinical supervision. My experience includes supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, anger, grief, trauma, and interpersonal concerns, as well as working one-on-one with adolescents on the autism spectrum. I offer therapy in English and Russian and bring a culturally responsive perspective informed by my immigrant background.
