About My Clients

My clients are often moving through grief, loss, caregiving stress, or major life changes and long for a space where they feel cared for and understood. Many feel heavy with sadness, worry, or exhaustion, unsure of how to carry what life has brought. Together, we create a gentle, compassionate space to honor your story, ease the weight you carry, and find comfort, strength, and hope as you move forward at your own pace.

My Background and Approach

With over a decade of experience supporting individuals in community agencies, nonprofits, and intensive care settings, I bring both depth and compassion into the therapy space. My work is devoted to helping adults navigating grief, loss, caregiving stress, and major life transitions. These moments can feel heavy, isolating, and overwhelming, and I believe no one should have to carry them alone. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like DBT and ACT, combined with a strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective. I strive to create a supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood, while honoring the unique ways grief and healing unfold across different people and cultures. Together, we’ll explore ways to build resilience, ease the weight you carry, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing is not linear and that it unfolds in its own way and time. I believe there is no single right way to grieve, to care for another, or to navigate life’s changes. Each person’s path is unique, and therapy offers a place where that path can be honored without judgment. I believe that even in the midst of deep pain, people carry strengths and wisdom within them, and part of my role is to help uncover and nurture those resources. Caregiving is an act of love, but it can also bring exhaustion, isolation, and a loss of self. Caregivers deserve a space where their efforts are recognized and where they can rest, reflect, and receive support. I believe therapy should be a space of gentleness, patience, and connection—where stories of loss, transition, and caregiving are held with care. Above all, I believe no one should have to carry life’s heaviest moments alone, and that healing is possible when we feel truly seen and supported.
