About My Clients
My ideal client is a person that is dealing with stress and anxiety on a daily basis or occasionally. I have worked with children as old as 8 years old and adults and every age in between. I will teach you mindfulness techniques to help you handle your life circumstances. I have also dealt with having an anxiety disorder throughout my life. I have experienced panic attacks and the embarrassment caused by them. I would love to help you conquer them and live your life free from these problems
My Background and Approach
I have worked with women, youth, and elementary-age children. I have been successful with various client populations, especially elementary-age children. What I offer is a positive, non-judgmental atmosphere. I use telehealth, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy. My approach is to help you find your inner strength and resources to solve your issues. I also have worked for fairs and carnivals for about 30 years. As a result, I can balance any toy or plastic prize on one finger. I have learned this skill because I spent a lot of time waiting for a customer.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe anyone can be in charge of their own lives and feelings. This is my approach to therapy. I also think that therapy should be a positive and transformative experience. I will accommodate my methods to your needs.
