My Background and Approach
My credentials are a licensed professional counselor with mental health service designation. This is important as I will offer you a safe, judgement-free space to not only cope with your concerns but also be an active participant in your treatment. My main approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which will allow us to explore your incorrect thinking and create a new way of thinking that will potentially change your behaviors.
