About My Clients
My work is rooted in a systemic, feminist, and person-centered lens, which means I see you not just as an individual, but as someone shaped by their relationships, environments, and larger systems. I specialize in supporting youth and young adults navigating grief, trauma, life transitions, identity, and the impacts of systemic and relational stressors.
My Background and Approach
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can be a place to explore, heal, and grow. I draw from a range of approaches—including attachment-based, experiential, and cognitive-behavioral therapies—to meet your unique needs and goals. I received my bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from University of Wisconsin-Stout and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Augsburg University. Living life on full volume: I value being outside, seeing live music, traveling, obsessing over my cats, practicing mindfulness while surrounding myself with loved ones.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Above all, I believe in the power of authentic connection, curiosity, and holding space for your lived experience. It would be an honor to support you as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and a grounded sense of self.
