About My Clients
I work with individuals experiencing Eating Disorders and with women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ clients managing the complex intersections of identity and career. Many of my clients are in business, technology, and entrepreneurship, where navigating systemic barriers and limited representation can be especially taxing. Together, we focus on creating a supportive environment to build resilience, practice self-advocacy, and develop greater confidence. I also offer sex therapy and trauma therapy as well.
My Background and Approach
I'm very experienced working with minority communities including working with women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ clients. Minority groups, and couples, particularly those at the intersections of gender, race, and sexual orientation, are often underrepresented in fields of work such as business, tech, and entrepreneurship. I believe therapy should be a safe and non-judgmental space that empowers individuals to be able to push their own limits and views of themselves, in all aspects of their personal and professional lives. Being able to embrace oneself and each other is one of the strongest things a person can learn to do. Women, people of color, and queer and trans people are often told by society that they don’t fit it, and in our work together we can help you to feel as though you do fit. I believe, you can embrace yourself and push yourself without having to succumb to society's views of your assigned roles, in your professional life, and within your relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy with me focuses on helping you embrace every part of who you are — even the parts society has told you to change — so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and proud of yourself in your relationships, career, and life. If you’ve been told you don’t fit in, I want to help you feel at home within yourself. Together, we’ll work on overcoming barriers.
