About My Clients
I collaborate with my clients to achieve what it is that they are looking to achieve. I assist adults up to 65 who are feeling stuck and know they are ready for a shift in life. We will be a good team if you are looking for a facilitator to release trauma, sexual trauma, grief, porn addiction, heartbreak, limiting beliefs, old stories, bad habits, self pity and poor relationship styles while avoiding reliving painful memories, using more natural means and incorporating the subconscious mind
My Background and Approach
I have found that hypnotherapy and those methods that understand and use the specifics of how the subconscious mind operate to be the most effective, are able to achieve rapid results and are least likely to cause re-traumatization so this is my go to method when releasing any trauma or circumstance causing you great suffering. I also have a background in energy medicine, clinical nutrition and spirituality so am likely to incorporate this knowledge into our sessions if appropriate. I provide education on the mind and emotional health so that you become self sufficient and aware of your power to heal. My training includes board certification in Hypnotherapy, certification using Ericksonian Hypnotherapy for PTSD and Trauma, extensive study in Sex Therapy, IMAGO couples therapy, Nutrition and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health and am currently acquiring a PhD in Metaphysical Sciences. I have extensive experience working with Veterans as well as individuals and couples.
