About My Clients
Sometimes things happen in life that are out of our control and when that happens our natural response is to feel stressed and overwhelmed because we can not figure out how to adjust to something that was not in our life plan. Experiencing negative and unexpected events can be a lot to hold in and when ignored can show up in our relationships with our loved ones and our relationship with our selves.
My Background and Approach
My focus is on being a guide to help you in learning to implement compassion with yourself and your reactions while also allowing space for growth. I use a person centered approach while also implementing evidence based practices. During sessions I hope to help you discover your automatic reactions to unexpected negative events, why you might respond in that way and how you can begin to respond in a way that is healthy for yourself and your loved ones.
