About My Clients
I work best with adults navigating trauma, relational wounds, anxiety, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are first-generation or immigrant individuals balancing cultural identity, family expectations, and personal healing. I support those processing perinatal experiences, intergenerational trauma, and PTSD, especially when past experiences continue to shape relationships and self-trust. My practice is well-suited for clients seeking thoughtful, culturally responsive, trauma-informed
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a National Certified Counselor with specialized training in trauma therapy, EMDR, attachment-based work, and perinatal mental health. My experience supporting clients with relational, intergenerational, and complex trauma allows therapy to be both structured and flexible. This training helps clients feel emotionally safe, understood within their cultural context, and supported in making meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a bilingual, bicultural Salvadoran American and the child of immigrants. I care deeply about creating therapy spaces where culture, lived experience, and context are honored. Sessions with me are thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded. I believe in doing careful, intentional work that helps people break generational patterns, reconnect with themselves, and heal in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.
